One of the struggles I had when creating the meal plans for my free 30-Day PCOS Diet Challenge was keeping the recipes varied enough so they would work year-round, no matter the season. Since I’ve started blogging PCOS-friendly recipes more regularly, I’ve enjoyed having the flexibility to try out some more seasonal recipes.
In saying that, my apologies to those of you living north of the equator who are currently spending January just trying to stay warm, but right now, our sisters in the south need help. It’s the middle of Summer where I am in Australia, and with this in mind, I thought those who are also in the thick of it will appreciate something sweet and creamy to cool you off!
No, it’s not ice cream, but it serves the same purpose and in my opinion, it actually tastes better.
Here’s everything you’ll need to make this PCOS-friendly frozen yogurt:
- Canned coconut milk
- Coconut yogurt
- Shredded coconut
- Chai tea bags
- Ground Ceylon Cinnamon
Nutritionally speaking, this dessert is absolutely incredible. It’s low in sugar, but still mildly sweet, and is really high in healthy fats. This is the kind of treat you can eat all you want with only positive outcomes on your health and fertility.
I hope you enjoy it!
